This supermarket is cool because it is a place I visit weekly to buy my Tarama (Pink greek dip) and mixed pitted olives. It is called Adonis. It is located at 2425 Boulevard Curé-Labelle, Laval, QC H7T 1R3. Email contact is firstname.lastname@example.org and phone number is (450) 978-2333.
There are some more stores in Montreal and other places and it is expanding all the time. I love it. The employees speak either greek or some speak either lebanese or other middle eastern languages. I love talking to the greek employees as it allows me to practice speaking it so I don’t lose what little I already know haha.
The huge warehouse supermarket has a whole fruit and veg section, deli section with all the cheeses and olives you could imagine are available. It has Meat, poultry, seafood and fresh bakery and cakes sections also. Plenty of baklava with a mixture of Greek and lebanese influenced desserts.
The middle of the store is laid out in aisles of herbs, spices and cereals etc, like most other supermarkets however it really only stocks products that you would need if you were living in a european, or middle eastern household, or if you wanted to make dishes influenced from these areas, and needed ingredients. The tarama that they sell is quite a bright pink. The price is reasonable. Not too cheap and not too expensive.
I took some photos of the place recently to share with you.
